We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please notify Black Amethyst within one week of your appointment.

Your appointments are very important to the Black Amethyst staff. They are reserved just for you! We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 fee.

This policy also pertains to all no-call and no-show appointments, and our stylists reserve the right the right to refuse further booking.
